Shipping Info
Need to know some shipping related information? No problems, take a look below.
- To see how much shipping is for a particular product, just add the item you want to your cart, then go to the next page & input your details, and on the next page a shipping cost will show. We work with a variety of shipping couriers to get the best possible shipping rates for Australia-wide postage.
- If at checkout there is no shipping rate showing for your address, please contact us and we'll get a price for you.
- We don't currently offer an express shipping option
- Note that PO Box addresses cannot be posted to as all couriers do not currently accept them.
- We recommend inputting a business address when ordering as all shipping rates shown on our website are to a business address only. Couriers are now charging an extra fee for residential address deliveries for larger/bulkier/heavier items. Note that we may contact you after ordering if an extra fee is required.
- All shipping rates on our website include freight insurance by the courier provider. Item/s are covered while in transit for damages. It does not cover item/s once they have been delivered to designated address though or for theft from the designated address.
- If you discover any damage to your item/s upon delivery please contact us immediately with photos or video of the damage.
- Once your order is despatched we will email you a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check other folders in your email account.
- Please allow 1-3 day business days for your goods to be handled and despatched. If any product in your order is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Shipping times will vary depending on your postcode within Australia. If you're in a metro area of QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT for example you can usually expect your item to take approx 2-6 business days on average. For metro postcodes of Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania please allow approx 5-8 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling before your order is posted. For any rural or remote postcodes, please allow extra days for delivery.
- We recommend you have someone present to accept goods when they are delivered. Otherwise a re-delivery fee may be charged if goods are returned. Unfortunately we cannot give exact times or dates of delivery of a package as couriers do not provide this information for us. Let us know if you wish to have someone sign for your goods upon arrival, by leaving a note of this when you order.
- Please note we do not recommend 'Authority to Leave' in case of possible theft from the delivery address.
- Note that we cannot control any late shipments caused by a courier company.
