How much is shipping?
To find out how much shipping is for a product you want, just add it to your cart, then go to the next page & input your details, and on the next page a shipping cost will show. We work with a variety of shipping couriers to get the best possible shipping rates for Australia-wide postage. If at checkout there is no shipping rate showing for your address, let us know and we'll get an exact cost for you.

How many days does delivery take?
Shipping time varies depending on your postcode within Australia. If you're in a metro area of QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, ACT you can usually expect your item to take approx 2-6 business days on average. For metro postcodes of Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania please allow approx 5-8 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling before your order is posted. For any rural or remote postcodes, please allow a few extra days on top of the days listed above.

Can you post to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Due to the size of the packages, we cannot post to your PO Box or Parcel Locker. We unfortunately do not have any control over this as it is due to Courier company rules.

Do you post to outback Australia?
Pretty much yes! Wherever you are, we can usually always get your package to you. There may be the odd postcode that has some restrictions by our couriers but we can always work something out for you.

Do you offer Express shipping at all?
We don't currently offer an Express shipping option on our website, but may in the future. But don't worry, we work with a large variety of reliable couriers that are very efficient and getting packages delivered asap.

How do I see where my order is in the delivery process?
Super easy; As soon as your item has been shipped you would have received an email with your tracking information. Simply click on that which will take you to the couriers website where you can track your parcel.

Will my order be covered in transit by freight insurance?
Yes, all our shipping rates include freight insurance. If you discover any damage to your item/s upon delivery please contact us immediately.

Will there be instructions with my order to fit it?
In most cases there will not be any instructions provided with your item. Please note that any electrical items should be installed by a licensed auto electrician.

Do the items I bought come with a Warranty?
In most cases yes. Most items come with a 12 month warranty. Please see our Returns Policy page for any Warranty related info.

What payment options are available?
We have plenty of payment options to help you pay for your goods easier. We offer credit card payments, Paypal and bank deposit.
