Returns Policy

Returns Info:
- For any returns please contact us via email. Before we approve a return you must contact us first.
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it.
- Upon approving your return we'll provide you with a return address that you need to return the item/s to.
- To return a product, it must be in a as-new, unused, undamaged condition with the original packaging.
- Once the product is received back, checked over and approved, we will contact you with the result of your return.
- Any returns for choosing an incorrect product, change of mind, or similar will attract a 10% restocking fee. Any shipping fee originally paid is non-refundable and return shipping of the item will be at buyers expense.
- If a refund is approved it will be processed via your original form of payment. Please check your payment providers terms for how long they may take to process reversal of funds.
Returns for Damaged Item/s:
- If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately within 48 hours & provide photos or video of any faults/damage via email.
- Either a replacement item, refund or partial refund may be processed.
Warranty:
Products available from Love My Caravan are covered by a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind, unless stated otherwise. For any warranty claims please email us with photos and a written description of the issue. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to our nominated supply warehouse. If the item is found to be faulty, a new or repaired item will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
